HERITAGE HERB GARDENS

Many different types of gardens comprise the Heritage Herb Gardens. Situated throughout the Ozark Folk Center, the gardens include a traditional kitchen garden, a pollinator garden, herb gardens, even a children’s garden! The plants of the Heritage Herb Garden include native flowers and trees, old-time pass-a-longs, and herb collections such as rosemary, scented geraniums, sages, mints, and coneflowers.

Herbal workshops are held throughout the year and feature nationally acclaimed experts. Covering topics from cooking to medicinal usage, these gatherings bring together enthusiasts in a welcoming environment.
